Today, on March 27th, as the new year's work progresses smoothly and the first quarter draws to a close, we finally welcome the long-awaited 2025 Q1 Employee Birthday Party.
After lunch, as the birthday starts arrived one after another, the venue gradually came alive. A bright red banner reading "Flowers Along the Path—Mingshi January, February, March 2025 Employee Birthday Party" hung prominently, adorned with colorful ribbons, flags, and balloons. Tempting cakes, fruits, drinks, and prizes were neatly arranged, while the heartwarming background music "Grateful Heart" filled the air. The birthday stars, like celebrities, signed their names on the signature wall before taking their seats, where carefully prepared snacks, birthday hats, greeting cards, and festive toys awaited—every detail reflecting the thoughtfulness and dedication of the organizing team.
At noon sharp, the party began. "Flowers along the path symbolize eager anticipation, deep affection, and boundless love. This sentiment mirrors the mutual reliance and shared growth between the company and its employees. Over the past year, we’ve stood shoulder to shoulder, facing challenges and reaping growth together. Every employee’s hard work has been the driving force behind the company’s progress. Today, we gather not only to celebrate birthdays but also to express the company’s gratitude to each and every one of you." The host’s poetic opening instantly moved everyone present...
Next, Mr. Tian, representing the company, delivered a speech: "A birthday party is also a gratitude party. On one hand, we should be thankful to the company, and the company is grateful to us. On the other hand, we must especially thank our parents. As the saying goes, 'No love is greater than a parent’s.' Only by working well and living well can we honor and repay them." His words were simple yet profound.
Then came the much-anticipated interactive games. Three activities—"Dancing Serpent," "One-Handed Cup Flip," and "Kangaroo Jump"—proceeded in sequence. Employees participated enthusiastically, demonstrating strong teamwork and a spirited, persistent work ethic to complete each challenge. Laughter and cheers echoed throughout the venue, showcasing not only the growing team cohesion but also the vibrant, proactive spirit of Mingshi’s employees.
This year, we not only revamped the games but also redesigned the lucky draw. To heighten the excitement and joy, we altered the usual format—holding draws both midway and at the end, increasing the chances to win and making the atmosphere even more thrilling. This aligns with the company’s goal for the birthday party: to bring employees happiness and a sense of familial warmth. Two grand prizes were awarded to Wei Xiaoxia, a CNC lathe operator from MingshiXingxin’s machining workshop, and Wang Ping, a packaging worker from Mingshi Stainless Steel Pipe Workshop. Congratulations to them—and envy too!
Happy times always fly by. As photos captured the joyous moments, the party neared its end. To the cheerful tune of "Happy Birthday," company leaders and the birthday stars made wishes, blew out candles, cut the cake, and shared sweetness and blessings, basking in happiness and delight.
"To enjoy pleasure alone, or to enjoy it with others—which is more delightful?" This birthday party provided the answer—sharing joy in a collective celebration deepens bonds, fosters a sense of belonging, and lets every employee truly feel the warmth of the company family. Moving forward, the company will continue upholding its "people-first" philosophy, attentive to employees’ needs and organizing more such events, so everyone feels the care and warmth of Mingshi amid their busy work.
